Joan and Michael’s wedding took place on a warm June afternoon at Westbury Manor. The picturesque venue was chosen because it reminded Joan of her years in England – a beautiful Victorian mansion, with an equally beautiful backdrop of landscaped gardens, waterfalls, and bridges.
I think what struck me most about their big day were the small in-between moments that revealed who they are as a couple. In the midst of all of the usual wedding day hustle and bustle, they always stopped to show concern and kindness to each other, their wedding party, and even their vendors and servers – that says a LOT!
Joan and Michael, thank you so much for inviting me to capture your big day! You two are the very sort of clients I dreamed of photographing when I began my business – thank you for making my job such a joy :)Cheers!
